Me: What'd I do? Wha'd I not do?
Mom: I have to go out to Los Gatos park. mdlbear lost his cell phone.
Me: He lost his cell phone?
Mom: *nods* Yep, he lost it. I had better go retrieve it before he notices its gone.
Me: Okay, Mom. Whatever you say.

As far as I can tell, it's been in my pouch all morning. Turned on. No missed calls. Huh?

Oh. [Turns out it was someone else's, but the last number programmed into it was our home number. It was turned up by the park cleaning crew, and has apparently been missing for a month.]
