LIVE Solutions Inc. has contacted me via my email. They have seen my resume and gave me a form to fill out. Not sure what it entails, will find out. Still have ever more questions for Bankers Life & Casualty, but eh. I couldn't sleep, so I am still up.

There's some really nasty scam job things out there. I once got a call for a manager slot, but after doing some research I found that their "interview" was to drive the group 2 or so hours away and tell them to do door-to-door sales of office supplies, without lunch, for 10-12 hours, in order to get a ride back home.

So google search every company that responds to your posts.

Also, Manpower and Kelly are good, as are Spherion and others. Some are more likely to drop people into long term postions. (Otterbase, TekSystems, Allegis, others)

And consider going to the local unemployment office or community college placement office, they may help with resume revisions and mock interviews.

Oh, and don't just use Monster for your resume. It tends to be crawling with scams. I used Dice, but I have just enough technical background to do so. Hotjobs is good.

Oh, and even better. America's Job Bank, which has a excellent resume creator.

Luck!
