Way too much....

A ton of bricks. Way too much to do, not enough time to get it done. Even talking with roaringmouse didn't help me very much. johnnyblanco finds me the sites I needed to look at, then spends at least 3 hours trying to offer words of hope that actually turn into something different. Our IM conversation scared me. Greatly. I'm so scared of this; have no experience being on my own for longer than a week, and even then I wasn't even "on my own." I've always been supervised somehow.

• Get drivers license
• finish cleaning room
• get passport
• try job-cruising tomorrow: application pickup etc
• try to pull myself together...

Yeah. I'm just a bit scared. Not helpful.

You're not the only one with too much to do! I'm not likely to get the CD done by the end of the month, and the Gods only know when I'll do the taxes..

Don't forget you have to teach me how to do those too. I'm still not completely comfortable with W4 forms either. (I handed mine back to the HR person @ work, but I'm not comfortable with doing them on my own.)

Trust me, get the passport -now-. The average wait is 2 months at present - and will only get worse the closer it gets to next January [when the ID requirements get even more stringent]. Passports are good for 10 years - so go and get yours ASAP, hun.

Easy there wolf-pup. It's okay to be trepidatious, just try not to let it become full-blown panic. This is al part of life, and it's all relative as to experience. You're actually doing really well as far as I can tell.
