Long weekend.
May. 19th, 2003 09:05 pmWell, ok. So it was a normal 2 day weekend. I went to the FurCon meeting and appointed my mother
flower_cat for the position of filk lounge person. This means that she's gonna be in charge of the room where all the Filkie Furries will go to get their "merrit badge" presuming that ChipUni goes through with the idea.
Anyways, the meeting sucked. My period started half way through it, not to mention the meeting was in Fremont (Fleamont). I had a game to go to afterwards, where I went and cluster-fucked the entire group. It was an accident, but I'm playing a bipolar Fianna Ahroun. It's not my fault that it happened.........they never should've brought me along. (I got home to Starport @ 3am. Thank goodness
mdlbear and
flower_cat are forgiving.)
The BayCon meeting was long and boring as well. It took 16 pages worth of "What if" questions before we were permitted to leave. I ran into a lot of people there who I don't think like me very much, I got told a few things by Spike, and I've been trying to coordinate my schedule around whatever temporary madness that has been induced by my BayCon work schedule/entertainment time. The times I'm definatly including are the Brazen Hussey concert 11pm Friday, time to eat, and possibly time to sleep, depending on if sleep is calling me to bed.
I'm gonna go surf the internet and hope to the dieties that my friends are online now. C-ya!
