GOD FUCKING DAMNIT!

So, everyone knows how much I hate school. Does everyone know how much I hate being bored while I'm not in school? I was supposed to have my friend Minion show up for the night, and her parents decided to take her to Santa Cruz without checking with her first to see if she'd made plans. flower_cat recieved a phone call from Minion earlier this morning with the message "I'm sorry but something else came up" and I didn't find out she wasn't coming until I woke up & had breakfast.

On top of this, I've read every book in the house that actually speaks to me....you know how books are: if it speaks to you, you want to read it. There's the sequal to Lion's Blood out but I'm not going to get it today.....I've noticed a pattern: whenever I decide to plan a sleepover or something with a friend, its always the fault of their parents to fuck up my plans.

It is now made clear to me that the system doesn't like me. I have a feeling that I will never be able to plan things ever again due to the fucked up state of my friends' parents. It is rather insulting...and are you guys sure that killing yourself out of boredom isn't a good idea?

Remind me what that has to do with it? Minion's parents didn't even go to the concert. How in the bloody fucking hell is it that they were able to say stuff about the sleepover we had scheduled on Fri unless Minion blabbed it over a cell?!?

I think I've just acquired mental whiplash from reading your entry, vividly remembering the emotion you described but unable to remember the circumstances of being bored with nothing to do from 20 years ago. Do you realize how scary this selective amnesia is???

More (im)practically, do you want advice from LJ readers? Or do you primarily want us to be a big collective ear? I have both Adult Perspective and Stupid Adult Advice. Sometimes that may actually be wisdom, but I'm making no guarantees. But I can offer it, certainly.
