Convention politics aren't fun. SiliCon politcs aren't fun either. And there's a discussion going on in my living room.....

You can still play and f**k the politics.. I do that with the SCA and I do it with Conventions. I work and play and everyone thinks my room is a good sanctuary for no politics zone. I also try to make the office I work in during the convention the same way.

Oh so that's what's going on...aside from when they started busting out the scrabble

Didn't pay attention to the convo so I don't know what was going on but it seemed serious ^^;;;

It is rare that politics and fun can be used together. Just have fun and ignore the political aspects of things.

I think I've done pretty well not getting tangled up in politics with FC. This next year I intend to get to know more people and hang out with them some.

You can lay it down that if people are getting into political issues that will cause trouble, you want no part of it. You're just there to do the job and do it as best you can.

Politics

According to my Intercultural Communications teacher, he believed that when more than three people get together, politics occur.
