That was so totally cool! I managed to host CCon in my living room! It was very cool! Problematic bit was the waiting for phone calls. There was a series of phone tag conversations that ensued, first my attempt to tag freyjaw, then my poking jennkitty and talking to funjon.

More phone tag. More waiting. More Settlers of Catan. Boffer fights. Chinese food....mmm...and much more socialization. Some of my pics are on the C'Con gallery, and I have to upload a few more.

socialization: "To make fit for companionship with others; make sociable. 3. To convert or adapt to the needs of society"...I think it works well in context.

Socialization is a process that happens to a person to make them fit in with society. It's a technical term in sociology.

Socializing is something a group of people do together.

It is neither impossible nor (necessarily) desirable, that some incremental socialization was going on. But I would be surprised if it was in increments that would be noticed and noted.
