Took shadowwolf171 to go and see RotS after school. I knew that today was going to be cool because I had planned with him last night to go and see the movie. And, after I got the $20 hazard pay from the mdlbear, I discovered that we could actually go and see 2 movies together. So, we have convinced Fairy Goth Mother jilara to go with us. And damn, that casserole was good! A big change from KRAPT Macaroni & cheese....(Yes, I know it's spelled KRAFT, but for 3 days...?)

The second movie (which I will post a non-spoiler review of when I get back) is HGttG. I know that Hitchiker will not be as good as the book, because nothing ever is. I also know that the BBC radio broadcast of this wasn't as good as the book either, and I know damned well that the Americans can't make the same pun deliveries as the Brits. Drawback to Red Dwarf and other comedies of that nature. It will be a blast though.

And....see mdlbear's post for an update on flower_cat! I am so glad she's home!!!!

er... Something to keep in mind. Douglas Adams himself made his various incarnations of the story different across radio, TV screen, and paperback. Also, that the pace of humor you find in a book sometimes is different from what is in a movie...

Go see it! The Camera 12 still is showing it, and its a good theatre. :)

Thanks. As I say, you get in a fix of subsisting on Mac & Cheese again, and just call. And I've really got to teach you some survival cooking!
