Guess what, folks? It's official now between myself and Evan (i.e.: IronClaw). Go ahead. Start teasing/laughing/disbelief/whatever. I know what I said as of 6 years ago. Doesn't mean I haven't been looking.....
Pretty much no one is absolutely 100% gay or straight. Among all the people I know, I'm probably the closest to an absolute 100% hetero, but even I am not 0 on the Kinsey scale. (0.3 is what I test out, in case you're curious.)
Not everyone has the ability to shrug off the kind of absolute statement about themselves that you made six years ago. I'm proud of you that you didn't let some kind of silly pride along those lines prevent you from pursuing this relationship. It doesn't matter what gender anyone dates, whether it's the same or opposite. All that matters is that you're happy. And I really hope that this relationship will make you happy. You deserve it.
If playing for both teams is the weirdest thing that's ever going to happen to you, then you're going to live a very boring life. Knowing who you live with and the people you hang out with, I know that's not going to happen. So I wish you and Evan both love, luck, and happy surprises.
Is this the little girl I carried? Is this the little boy at play? I don't remember growing older, When did they?
When did she get to be a beauty? When did he grow to be so tall? Wasn't it yesterday when they were small?
Sunrise sunset, sunrise, sunset, Swiftly flow the days, Seedlings turn overnight to sunflowers, Blossoming even as they gaze . . . Sunrise sunset, sunrise, sunset! Swiftly fly the years, One season following another, Laden with happiness and tears . . . One season following another, Laden with happiness and tears . . .
Hmmm.... looks like there's not much teasing.... better change that...
{teasing}HAha... you have a boyfriend.... {/teasing.}
Ok, I'm done. Congrats. I agree with a lot of the things being said on here. It doesn't matter what gender a person is just as long as you find a spark. Good luck.
Oh, and I'm still here, reading, giving my silent support. *hugs*
