Updates

First the good news:

• The house is still standing. Emmy set a paper towel on fire and yelled "Fire", which myself & Paladin didn't hear until after we came downstairs & saw the flames off the stove (in Emmy's hand.) At first we thought she was on fire, then we heard mdlbear yell "Drop it." I felt better once I knew she was OK.
• My finals are over. I don't have to be back @ school until January. Yay.
• And a happy b-day to blackfyr

Which leads me to the bad news. See below.

Bad news:

• Need to do my laundry. Probably should do this first. Need to remind Emmy to probably get hers done before I start mine.
• Need to finish cleaning my room. Still have trash to pick up. This is probably a minor inconsequential thingie that can probably wait until either I'm done with the laundry or until I get back from WA.
• Need to do my chores. This needs to be done before I go to bed. Yippeeee...how boring. Ah well. Better to get it over with now than panic later.
• Need to brush my teeth. The latkes were a bit undercooked tonight and didn't really taste good. Of course, me being the slow person I am...it took me until I was half way done with my second latke to realize this. Damnit. Then I have to put the retainers back in.
• Need to pack for WA. This probably should go after the first one, which is doing my laundry. OTOH, I need to go through the clothing after it's done and while I'm packing, figuring out what to give to Goodwill or that stays in my wardrobe. A bit annoying. Again, oh well.
• Need to buy new headphones, one set for the computer & another for my CD player. I think a trip to Best Buy might be in order before I leave.
• Need to stop off @ Stevens Creek Surplus & pick up a set of Army Major rank pins for Grim's GDI jacket. It's something I've been wanting/meaning to do for months. Haven't done.
• Need to get my books for class next quarter. Damnit. That's bad for me because I have sleep to catch the night I get back from WA. If my luck truly sucks & I pull an all nighter, I'll probably fall asleep during orientation in one of my classes. Or during a break. I know I've got those...
• Need to go to AFS. This involves recieving the gift certificate for X amount of $ in the mail, then going north-ish to San Fransisco in order to go shopping. Bleah. I guess it's not that bad. I just hope I have enough to pay my dues to DAFT next quarter, so I can justify borrowing their equipment.
• Need to impatiently wait for my cell accessories. Got a new headset for my cell phone, and a new leather case. Spent $36 something on the lot. Decided not to go for the wireless headset because that would have run me $200+. I said "forget it and I will probably get it later if at all."
• Need to remind Dad about his album. I still want the dump, damnit!

Best Buy is a lousy place to buy electronics gear -- Fry's has better prices for most things. They have a very good selection of stereo headphone/microphone headsets over in the phone section.

I don't really see why you'd need separate headphones for computer andCD player, unless you habitually use them in different places.

Selection wise...yeah Fry's is better...
Just don't expect any expert help on them XD
But then again I don't think many people are experts on such O.o;

Pricing...ehhh if you find anything somehow remotely interesting...tell me and I could get it at a discount....I get things at 5% above cost or shelf price (whichever is cheaper).

And umm....why did Emmy set such on fire? O.o;;
