- Check Freezer. Find Meat. Any kind will do, tonight's was chicken.
- Create chilli oil
- 1 cup olive oil (any will do)
- 1 tsp Ancho Chilli Powder
- 1 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes (the packs that come in pizza boxes are a good source
- 1 & 1/3rd tsp sweet paprika (I used Hungarian, but any will do)
- 1 & 1/3rd tsp hot paprika (again, I used Hungarian)
super_star_girl.)Place into 350 degree oven for 1 hour. - Bowl of brussle sprouts, cut into 1/4 pieces, then with 1 stick of butter microwaved.
- Pasta, melted butter over the top.

Date: 2008-11-05 09:17 am (UTC)As for the "heat" of the oil, it wasn't the use of the mild paprika, but the non-use of lots of hot pepper that made it mild. The sweet paprika adds flavor notes.
