I'm @ NorWesCon. People I hadn't seen in several years that I usually only know from the bay area have shown up, and I didn't know that mixed drinks could be so much fun. I didn't get uber-plastered, but just drunk enough so that I required an escort back to my room. Led has some awesome friends. RE was this really awesome dude from Rocky Horror that Led does occasionally, and happens to be good at backrubs and massage table. selkit should have been there, and probably would have if he could. I understand why he's not, and wish he was because I miss him. Tony & Vixy had a concert that I missed on Friday, met sooj and stealthcello for the first time, and came up with the theory that if I can't get to Consonance in 2010, that I may be close enough to one of Tricky Pixie's gigs up in Redmond, which is where I'll be living for the next year.
Spent some time withasahoshi on Saturday, had a good deal of fun plotting and scheming trying to come up with ways to make the game more fun and succeeded at being malicious. I thought it was kinda cool when I scared her like that, but only because of the fact I wasn't trying to.
Picked up some science goggles, and a black shirt that reads "Stand Back, I'm going to try Science!". The goggles fit over my glasses, not looking anything like Selkit's. I'm not lucky enough to have my perscription lenses in the goggles. But I will post pictures later when I'm at home and sober --- I'm not totally drunk at the moment, but just woke up and don't have my camera handy to post the pictures.
