Canada visit --- Day 1

selkit, Loial, Trapa, 'Yote, and Kaefox only to have my dear genius of a fox dive off the board and scrape his head on the bottom of the pool. He keeps telling me not to worry, but that only makes it worse.
As of right now, he's working and moving at the speed of molasses when we're supposed to be going out to pick up some first aid stuff for that cut of his and also food-things that I will eat. Doesn't seem that it will be happening anytime soon that I can tell, though I could just be being pessimistic again.
I'm trying not to worry so much about things, though it seems to be in my nature to do so. It could just be my imagination, though I am not sure if anything I've tried so far has worked. I'm not feeling any different.
