Valentine's Day

Though it is the 18th and not V-day, it is the release of the movie Constantine. I promised Mayhem dinner & a movie on the 18th. Here is how my day went...

• Got woken up at 0800 by mdlbear who thought I had class today, though I told him yesterday I didn't have class. At least I thought I told him....but I didn't have class today.
• Get up about an hour later & go shopping with flower_cat to get lunch & possibly stuff for dinner if my night goes bad.
• Come back home & make my lunch, calling Justin back from earlier.
• Watch Indiana Jones & The Temple Of Doom with flower_cat over lunch.
• Watch flower_cat leave the house to take my sis to a dr. appointment.
• Find a belt to wear, along with getting the valentine card ready for my girlfriend.
• Pop in Dark Crystal until Mayhem shows up.
• Hand Mayhem the valentine card, watching her reaction.
• Turn off movie & put on music.
• Listen to album, answer phone call. Phone call from the San Jose Fire Dept, no idea what the matter is. I took message, though.
• Call flower_cat who had told me previously she'd be home by 1700 and the time I called was 1715 with no sign of her near the house.
• Get told she was going to be late because of X-rays for the YS, and she said she would be home in 10 minutes.
• Hang up & go upstairs, typing this LJ post and hoping we can still make it to Dinner & Movie in the same night. Might have to get one of the later showings.....


Fucking hell. This is not how I wanted my date to go.
