Random update

Did a bit of reading today. Caught up on livejournal, read the FC stuff from my castlefur email account, discovered some possible themes for future FCs. I was thinking...italics below will denote thought while reading.

• Mideval/Rennaisance. Hm. Ok.....boffers. SCA demo..? Making armor for fursuits....?
• Gold Rush. Hm. Not sure how to theme this one other than with 49ers banners & helmets.
• Pirates/Carribean. Yeah. I can see this one. Takes a bit of thinking, but I can see a few Jack Spearrow type furs running around...
• Las Vegas. Definate CSI connection here. Imagine a bunch of furs running around in PafCon T-shirts & CSI: Forensics jackets, to see how many people get the joke....

Anyways, enough of that. The update: Besides the nonsense written above, I'm going to San Fransisco today with my family (minus super_star_girl, the younger sis) and with my girlfriend. We're going to go see Yomen of the Guard, then we're comming back here to grab YS and head up to Kobe for sushi, celebrating my B- on my math test from Thursday. It's going to be fun. I just hope that there won't be any trouble with the YS during dinner, because I don't want to thave to put up with her shit.

Had sushi for dinner. Great performance. Anyone who went (mdlbear & flower_cat) notice the similarities between Phoebe & Princess Strida from the last Champaigne Gala? 52 year tradition, but definatly scary. I'm impressed at the resemblence (seeing as how it was the same actress), and not to mention they did a damned good job. I find it amusing that every time I go, I see the next generation of future sponsors collecting autographs of the cast members at the end of the preformance. It's cute.

A thought occurred...

A thought occured to me when I was talking to ladynekochan on AIM and while I was in the city earlier. I need to somehow organize a trip up to Good Vibrations for my HUMA 10 class extra credit. It's not that big a deal, but I would like to go. I was planning on going shopping & writing a report for the class, hence getting my +5 extra credit points. It's just a casual thing...but still. If I could get a time & possible list of folks from school together, my parents would be greatly appreciative. Otherwise I'll have to take CalTrain, and I'm no good with trains at all. Anyone either from the De Anza crowd or SF locals feel free to drop me a line. Reply to the post, include your email & we'll talk.
