asahoshi she'd be online tonight. I was half-expecting her to get online from drakk_draconian's house, but because his computer is a P.O.S., she didn't.
So, I call his place & talk to her for a few minutes. Waiting around for them now, talking on IRC in the meantime, plotting much doom for the games we're in...and trying not to go completly nuts.
I haven't killed anyone, which is a big improvement. I had to sit through a long, boring staff meeting today, so that's partially why I'm so desperate to talk withasahoshi & drakk_draconian.
So...waiting, waiting, waiting. Plotting doom & waiting, though plotting doom for the night is going to probably come to an end soon, as I have to be up by 11am.mdlbear and flower_cat are taking me up to San Fransisco to watch Gilbert & Sullivan's Mikado again. (It's a rotational thing where they do at least 2 of these every year, but I've seen it enough times I have the songs memorized & most of the script too.)
On a different note: I got my real CD player to work. The one on my comp decided to be a screwball after I tried to install a game for a windows platform on a linux partition. I tried smacking it around a few times & it didn't work, so I got mad & poked it with a pin. It's better now.
