Well, okay. Yippee in a kinda-good way. I go to Consonance tomorrow with my dad & Mayhem (my now ex-girlfriend due to unfavorable circumstances), my sister and a friend of mine whom is going to act as my 2nd for Volunteers. Consonance is a small enough con that we should only need 25 runners, right? We'll see how this all works out.
I say: Give Consonance a thumbs up for it's very first ever Volunteer department, run by Yours Truly. It sounded like a good idea, and I finally got the job. I've had a convention 6 weeks prior to this one, so I know the ropes (not to mention I've been a gopher @ BayCon since I was 7). This is only an experiment, but it should work out rather nicely. I'll let you know how it goes provided I don't go crazy or get sleep/food deprived during the course of the Con.
