Day 7: Better than yesterday in the respect that I didn't have to fight with my sister. I slept most of the day until Mom left. Got up sometime around 10 or so, chatted on IRC for a while, then pirated Dad's computer to do some work for Consonance. I opened the e-mail, downloaded the files, tried to open them, and found that they were MS Word. I called Dad and asked him to help me fix it. He walked me through it, then said I could open 2 files out of the 4 I downloaded. I did, then modified them for several hours.
I finished the file modifications and sent the mockups of what would be the finished versions to the 2 people who had to read them. They are good except for a few excess grammatical errors in one of the files.
Then, went to De Anza with my girlfriend. Got sufficiently enraptured in the fact that they had Coke machines (Yay! They're on my side! Not Pepsi's side!) and by the bookstore. I only got to see the entry level, but it's still nice...got lost, then picked up the course catologe thingie that I can look through to try and find out what I want to take this fall.
Went to the bank, did some number-crunching, then came home. Played on the computer some more, argued with someone via several e-mails regarding legal stuff, then came up with a cool idea for my plotline in one of my e-mail/live action roleplaying things. I put the idea into action in one of my e-mails and I thought it was cute....the other player thought it was cute....so we left it in. Then I came upstairs and am updating my LJ. I'll post tomorrow, I'm sure of it.
