Is it better to be a dead gamer for a month or a live gamer for a lifetime? I have discovered that in recent months we make plans at least 3 months ago for something on Emmy's birthday.....that we come up with a concept for the characters & not write them up until at least a week before the event. During that 3+ months ago from the time we think about the concept until the time we have to write up the character, I at least have forgotten about the character concept, no reccolection of the commitment I had to play in the first place, and the gamers have switched game systems into something else that I can enjoy! I seriously feel that I am suffering from really fucked up memory and wish I could remember stupid things like that. I apparently can't go play paint ball on Emmy's game day because of the fact that there are other witnesses to my promising to play in Emmy's D&D game on the 26th of this month. I wish I had never set foot in that game.....and I wish I hadn't brought it up.................because now I've got witnesses...............
