BayCon

Countdown: 8 days.

I just finished a filk of Volga Boatmen called Go To BayCon. I think it's good. And it's getting close to a con again, because....*breaks into temporary song* "'Tis the season to be filking, tra la la la la, la la la la. Here the filkers' voices singing, tra la..." You get the idea. Probably should write that filk too, but don't want to right now. Will post it when I have more time.

Today was interesting. Fencing went okay, and I lost a few times. I won once, so that makes my day better. I disappeared off to my boring strength development class while

shadowwolf171 headed off to his bio class. Yay. Boring school stuff. I left when dismissed and went back to the table to retrieve my stuff that I'd left with Brianna from fencing, and got some food. Hung out with Laura for a bit, teaching her some nifty metaphysical stuff. Was intercepted at some point by the meerkat, who sat down at the table and pulled out his Magic cards. He tried stealing my lunch, and Laura stole a few fries also. We played a game, then took off. Metro PCS is evil, and the low end phones are $99. I don't think so.
